Google has unvieled its new Quantum chip which can solve a problem in 5 minutes which a normal classical computers would require 10 septillon years to solve which in reference looks like this :

We’ll simplify this to easily explain, in normal computers bits are the smallest unit of information which can either be 0 meaning OFF or 1 meaning ON any given time, but in Quantum computer we use quantum bits, or qubits, instead of staying in only one positions qubits can stay in superposition, meaning both 0 & 1 at the same time , in result while normal computers can work on a single problem at a time, Quantum computers can solve multiple problems parallelly,

For eg. for a 4 bit combination with 0’s & 1 ‘s can have 16 combination, a normal computer can be in any 1 of the 16 state at a time, however qubits in a superpostion in a supercomputer can be in all 16 state a the same time this number grows exponentially with each extra qubit, 2^20 of them can already store a million values in parallel
