5G is in India two type one is NSA(Non-Stand Alone) and another one is SA(Stand Alone) in simple words. NSA is in the process of upgrading the same 4G antenna with some parts and they will be ready. This is what Jio and Aitel are doing which is easy and efficient. That is why your existing SIM Cards will support it. However, SA is the process in which the whole 4G antenna is replaced with a new 5G. However, this SA process gives a speed of up to 1 Gbps.
