  • Fresh spinach: Spinach is a nutritious leafy green - high in minerals such as iron, potassium, and magnesium as well as vitamins A, C, and folic acid.
  • Oats: Oats are a good source of many vitamins, minerals, and unique plant compounds. This grain also offers several potential health benefits, including reduced cholesterol and improved insulin sensitivity.
  • Eggs are a nutrient-rich food containing a high amount of protein, essential amino acids, B vitamins, and vitamin D.
  • Salt for taste

Instructions

For Filling

  • Onion
  • Cabbage
  • Capsicum
  • Carrot
  • Paneer shredded

For Greasing

  • Oil

For spreading

  • Mayonnaise

For mixture

  • Schezwan chutney

Notes

For the wrap, blend spinach, eggs and oats with a pinch of salt

Grease the pan with oil.

Pour the mixture with the help of a ladle and spread the batter. Cook it from both sides

Repeat the same with the remaining batter

In the same pan, add two teaspoons of oil and saute the vegetables with paneer and schezwan chutney

 

Now spread mayonnaise on a spinach wrap, add saute vegetables roll it, and enjoy your healthy and easy snacks
